1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ScanDex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including operators, administrators, and any organization accessing the platform.

2. Use of the service

ScanDex is a business-to-business tool for phone intake and inventory management. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Account access

Access to ScanDex is granted on a per-tenant basis. Accounts are provisioned manually by the ScanDex team. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use ScanDex to process stolen or fraudulently obtained devices, to circumvent legal safeguards, or in any manner that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation of this policy.

5. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages (e.g. SickW API), and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

6. Limitation of liability

ScanDex is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
