We collect information you provide when signing up or using ScanDex, including your email address, company name, and usage data necessary to operate the service. IMEI data processed through the platform is used solely to deliver lookup results and is never sold to third parties.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve ScanDex; to communicate with you about your account; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.
4. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Lookup history is retained to support your operational workflows. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
5. Third-party services
ScanDex integrates with third-party services including SickW (for IMEI lookups) and Google Sheets (optional export). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective privacy policies.
